The challenge
Changing consumption patterns, regulatory pressure, and increasing sustainability requirements pose massive challenges to the packaging industry. Greiner recognized early on that simple reuse products are not sufficient to enable genuine transformation. A solution was sought that connects ecological impact with economic scalability – across industries: from events to transport, gastronomy, and retail.
The solution
Together with Greiner, we developed innovative, reusable packaging solutions as part of a structured venture building process – from RFID-based reusable cups for events to modular meal boxes and resealable yogurt and dip cups for retail. All concepts are digitally connected, enabling maximum transparency and traceability, and together they form "Reusable Packaging as a Service" – a forward-looking system for sustainable circular economy.
