Bridgemaker goes AI First: Our way in AI transformation

In January 2025, we, the partners and owners of Bridgemaker, gathered in Bad Saarow to discuss the future of our company and the company-building industry. The possibilities of AI and its already noticeable impact on our business have led us to a clear conclusion: We will consistently develop Bridgemaker as an 'AI First' company. After the first few weeks of implementing initial steps, it is now time to communicate this reorientation outward.

What does AI First concretely mean for us? What remains the same?

Our foundation remains the proven Build, Measure, Learn and Scale approach (drawing on Lean Startup), which we will now enhance with a consistent AI mindset. Above all, the Scale is our main focus, as relevance only arises through multiplication and growth. At its core, Bridgemaker is a company that translates the Lean Startup process with outstanding talents into various projects – we will continue to nurture and expand this capability.

For our customers

Customers in venture and business building are already benefiting from shortened ideation and validation phases. Additionally, the teams in venture projects will be smaller in the future, as we can efficiently cover many tasks thanks to AI. We are also working intensively to enable our customers to interact directly with our AI solutions. Many are already experiencing our proprietary solution Tautiom in action – and the waiting list for individual licenses is already long. We will continue to meet this demand.

In our processes

We are questioning all methods documented in our playbooks and adapting them for the AI age. This leads to two effects: We can process workflows faster while often achieving better results through improved knowledge integration. Nevertheless, our principle remains: 'Do things that don’t scale' is still crucial when it comes to validating new business models.

Understanding and applying AI is not a hobby but part of the job description. It's not just about using individual tools or Large Language Models (LLMs), but about a new understanding of work and processes that we all internalize. Through targeted training and coaching, we support our team in meeting this requirement.

For our service portfolio
